Delivery Areas

We currently deliver across Beirut and selected areas of Mount Lebanon. Our delivery zones are organized into regions for easier scheduling.

Delivery Times

To maintain product quality, deliveries are scheduled within specific delivery windows.

  • Orders are usually delivered same day or next day, depending on order volume.

  • Our team will confirm your delivery timing by phone or message after the order is placed.

  • During peak seasons, holidays, or weekends, delivery times may vary slightly.

Packaging

All products are packed using insulated packaging designed to preserve temperature and maintain the texture of our gelato during transport.

We recommend placing your gelato in the freezer immediately after delivery.

Delivery Instructions

To ensure a smooth delivery experience:

  • Please provide a complete and accurate address.

  • Include your phone number so our driver can contact you if needed.

  • If the driver cannot reach the customer at the delivery location, the order may be returned.

Important Notes

Because our products are perishable frozen items:

  • Orders cannot be left unattended for long periods.

  • We are not responsible for product quality if delivery instructions are unclear or if the recipient is unavailable.
