Our Rum Raisin Gelato begins with smooth vanilla gelato infused with raisins slowly soaked in rum for a long time, allowing them to become deeply aromatic and full of flavor. We then add extra plump raisins, generously soaked and bursting with rich rum notes in every bite.

To finish, the gelato is coated in dark chocolate, adding a delicate bitterness that perfectly balances the sweetness and warmth of the rum-soaked fruit. Rich, nostalgic, and a little grown-up.
